Before commencing the assignment, the client signs a standard service agreement, which is concluded when a candidate has been successfully placed in the position.
Retainer service agreements are offered for short-term and long-term resourcing requirements. Under this exclusive service model, a consultant or a team offers dedicated time and resources to work on the project for which a fixed time frame is mutually agreed upon within which a minimum number resources are to be readied. Prior to the execution of this agreement, complete project documentation is prepared and handed over to the client to aid in their decision-making.
