JOB PURPOSE:
To manage Treasury systems changes and projects, coordinate transversal projects/initiatives including scoping, design, dependencies and risk management for multiple domains, managing and leading functional requirements into Treasury systems from conceptualisation and initiation to project closure to ensure full system integration, business continuity and enablement.
Define project and changes roadmap for given domains, in collaboration with the team head, in order to identify areas of improvement and priorities.
Support in Treasury projects, ensure global coordination, macro and micro planning, budget, risk and stakeholder management in order to monitor progress and ensure successful implementation.
Evaluate and analyse business requirements for new/existing product implementation/change initiatives to ensure full system integration and all requirements are clearly documented and signed off by the relevant business units.
Lead functional design and technical mapping in order to tailor system solutions to client’s business.
Minimum Experience:
At least 8 years of experience in Financial Markets industry with knowledge of Treasury products and processes, experience of managing Treasury systems implementation/upgrade, FX Ecommerce experience, writing functional documents and delivery of training, with at least 2 years of experience in Project Management
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Finance, Mathematics, Computational Finance, Engineering or equivalent
