Senior Manager – Social (UAE National)

Job Details

Job Purpose:

This role will lead the development and implementation of social impact initiatives to drive positive change. This strategic role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for social responsibility, a deep understanding of social issues, and the ability to integrate social considerations into the broader corporate strategy

Key Result Areas:

Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social impact strategy aligned with corporate goals and ESG principles including elements of financial inclusion, affordable housing, community development (financing), SME financing, Charity, and Philanthropy etc.
  • Identify and prioritize key social issues relevant to the organization’s business and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including communities, NGOs, and social impact partners.
  • Collaborate with government agencies, industry associations, and advocacy groups to enhance the organization’s social impact.
  • Facilitate communication and engagement with relevant stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Foster relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and advocacy groups

Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs that align with social impact goals.
  • Foster a culture of social responsibility and volunteerism within the organization
