Relationship Manager – Priority Banking (UAE nationals)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver the budgeted volumes for deposits and sale of Investment Products.
  2. Increase the Banking portfolio by increasing deposits of existing customers and targeting of HNWI not Banking with us.
  3. Sell the various Islamic Investment Products that are offered by Wealth Management/other Business Units, cross-sell other Bank Products and Services to Banking customers.
  4. Provide “One Stop” Banking Service to the customers ensuring timely and efficient execution of customers’ requests.
  5. Ensure adherence to Bank processes & policies and report deviation to immediate supervisor/manager.
  6. To ensure that there is no loss of customers due to unsatisfactory service on our part.
  7. To maintain regular contacts with sensitive Banking customers either through telephone calls or Personal visits.
  8. All the above accountabilities include but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.

Education and Experience

  • The candidate should have bachelor’s degree
  • Should be CISI certified
  • Should have at least 4-5 years’ experience in priority Banking
