Job Details
Job Purpose:
To manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) or ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients by delivering bespoke banking, investment, and wealth management solutions. Responsible for building long-term relationships, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients.

Understand client needs, risk appetite, and long-term objectives to provide tailored financial advice.

Deliver a high-touch relationship model, ensuring timely and effective client servicing.
Business Development

Source new HNW clients through networking, referrals, and strategic initiatives.

Participate in events and forums to enhance visibility and grow the client base.

Achieve assigned revenue and AUM (Assets Under Management) growth targets.
Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA/CFA preferred).

Certifications such as CISI, CFA, or equivalent preferred (especially if dealing in investments).
Experience

5–10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment advisory.
