Job Purpose:
To lead and execute the marketing strategy for the retail banking division, driving customer acquisition, retention, product penetration, and brand awareness in line with the bank’s business objectives and regulatory framework in the UAE.
To direct and manage digital marketing strategy, marketing communications and integrated marketing campaigns by leading a team of marketing professionals and engaging key stakeholders to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, revenue growth and strategic outcomes that ensure internal customer satisfaction, return on investment and salience.
Drive the execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives, enhance customer engagement and ensure consistent brand representation across all branches.

Digital & CRM Marketing

Drive performance marketing through SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, and programmatic advertising.

Leverage CRM tools for personalized marketing, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing strategies.

Brand Management

Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and central bank marketing regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

Strong understanding of the UAE banking landscape and customer behavior.

Experience in digital marketing, performance campaigns, and customer segmentation.

Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
