Job Purpose:

The Innovation Manager will support the Unit Manager – Innovation in executing the bank’s innovation strategy. This role focuses on managing and driving innovation projects, fostering collaboration across teams, and ensuring the integration of emerging technologies and methodologies. The Innovation Manager will contribute to delivering innovative solutions aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives,

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Innovation Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, or other innovation-related methodologies is preferred.

Experience:

• At least 7 years of experience in innovation, business transformation, or related roles in financial services or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
• Hands-on experience with customer development, business model generation, lean startup and value proposition design

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Solid understanding of innovation frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile)
• Awareness of emerging technologies and FinTech trends in the UAE, GCC, and global markets.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in collaboration tools like HYPE Innovation, Miro, or equivalent.
