Manage operations support to all business activities of the Bank by implementing necessary processes to improve the quality & operational efficiency of delivery by implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
― Review bank-wide delivery processes to ensure smooth workflow, reduce turnaround times and achieve efficiency and cost benefits
― Act as a catalyst for change and continuous improvement in performance and quality
― Lead bank-wide development of SOPs to make business processes more efficient
― Lead the amendment of the existing SOPs to improve the operation efficiency
― Manage the process improvement review to increase customer satisfaction
― Define an organizational structure for the department to ensure optimal utilization of resources and communication across staff
― Maintain a regularly updated MIS and Internal Share Point to have easy access to data and ensure the efficiency of bank-wide processes
― Required: Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Economics, or related fields.
― Preferred: Master’s degree in Banking and Finance, Management, etc.
― Required: Total of 10+ years of experience in banking and similar fields, out of which 3 years should be at a Management / Executive level
― Preferred: Experience in and knowledge of the GCC market
