ROLE PURPOSE:
To efficiently drive the growth of high net worth & affluent segment, Handling the priority Business, by driving new client acquisition through existing team/network and developing new avenues for customer growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Head of acquisition and business development will be responsible for managing new client acquisition for the Priority banking business which will include acquiring new customers through existing channels / teams, and developing new channel s/ teams and driving expansions into new channels and geographies
The hunting/ client acquisition team will roll up into this position and the key deliverables will include
1. Revenue income growth driven by growth in Investment income , Liabilities Balance growth , Asset Sales, Other fee income and cross sell of other products including Takaful / retail assets / real estate financing from new to bank customers
2. Priority banking new to bank Customer Growth (qualified customers)
3. Drive RM productivity and improvements
4. Establish new avenues for business growth including strategic partnerships, cross border acquisition model, digital acquisition and cross sell into new to priority base
