Responsible for developing Banks’ sustainability and ESG strategy, coordinating the environment and social initiatives, and compliance with law and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing, implementing, and monitoring organizational ESG
• Review corporate activities and ensure compliance with ESG Policies
• Work with various business regions to identify ESG-related risks
• Develop the appropriate strategies to address the ESG risks and their potential impacts
• Carry out ESG risk assessments
• Provide guidance and advice on ESG requirements
• Support the Management in driving the education, communication, and implementation of the ESG management system across the company.
• Support the leadership in developing and implementing a proper environment management system.
• Provide safety practices and policy training.
• Ensure proper ratings and accreditation.
• Develop and launch an ESG report.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
Bachelor’s degree and above, with professional qualifications in ESG/environment health and safety
10 years’ experience in Environment, Health and Safety management
