Head of Digital Banking

Job Details

Job Purpose:

Responsible for digitalizing products and services offered across all support & business units in the bank in line with the digital strategy approved by the leadership.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Develop Digital strategy & roadmap for corporate & consumer business unit
  • Automation of services currently handled manually at operations, admin, marketing, IT, BPLM & Human Capital.
  • Optimize Business by lowering costs through digitization of processes.
  • Migrating branch related services to digital channels.
  • Generate an ideas funnel towards achieving results in line with the overall strategy, architecting the digital roadmap for the digitization of the Consumer & Corporate customer journeys for service and product delivery.
  • Managing Digital Channels (Mobile Banking, Internet Banking for retail customers) for Customer journeys, competition benchmarking, customer adoption and usage.
  • Implement market best practices in various project under the digital transformation umbrella.
  • Cost benefit analysis of digital adoption in bank.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree for a recognized University (Computer Science preferred)
  • Master’s Degree in a business or technology field
