Job Details
Job Purpose:
Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documentation related to the bank’s day-to-day operations, contracts, agreements, policies, powers of attorney, and other product documents.
Provide proactive legal support and advice to various business divisions to avoid litigation while safeguarding the Bank’s best interests.
Work with product development teams to create all legal documents for the bank, including contracts, agreements, and forms.
Monitor and follow up on UAE legislation, advising the bank on the impact of newly enacted legislation on its best interests.
Education:
- Law Degree from a reputable University
Experience:
- Approx. 10-15 years’ experience as a legal professional in a large financial organization performing similar job opportunities.
- Commercial insight and ability to work as per plans is essential
- Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
