GTB Implementation Manager

Job Details

Role Purpose:

  • Implement Integration of bank solutions with client systems for strengthening and sustaining long term relationships.
  • Act as point-of-contact for Bank Direct mandate receipt and closure
  • Assist in cash & channel strategy projects for CASA, revenue, dormancy & utilization
  • Assist in cross sell GTB products to existing clients

Key Accountabilities of the role

Implementations

  • Responsible for coordinating Implementation related registration documentation with the client for GTB cash & trade channel products.
  • Lead simple (Bank Direct) as well as complex implementations (SWIFT, H2H, collections, Liquidity, etc.) for GTB clients.
  • Lead/coordinate implementing GTB products at customer site.
  • Lead/Coordinate GTB product trainings for GTB clients.
  • Ensure that implementation is done within client agreed timelines and are within regulatory policies.
  • Update activities on CRM & internal trackers
  • Coordinate with GTB vendors as required for implementations.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

  • Very good understanding of Corporate online platforms, cash/trade collection & transaction solutions and general processes
  • Good understanding of SWIFT system & H2H protocols & solutions
  • General understanding of client documentation signature verification, Call Back and archival processes.
  • Very good understanding of SWIFT messaging, H2H client integrations, Remote cheque scanning & printing, Cash Deposit Machines and Microsoft Power Point/excel usage.
