JOB PURPOSE:
This is a key role within the Corporate Finance and Investment Banking (CFIB) team focused on originating, structuring, and executing corporate finance transactions with WBG and FI clients of the bank.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with all key participants in the bank market in the GCC and the wider MENA region.
- Syndication Leadership: Oversee syndication and distribution discussions in primary and secondary markets, ensuring compliance with internal credit approvals.
- Pricing Strategy: Provide insights to structure and price deals effectively.
- Market Origination: Enable origination and distribution of transactions, including non-bank counterparties.
- Originate to Distribute Model: Implement this model in structured finance and syndicated transactions.Experience and Qualifications:
10 years of banking experience in Syndicated Finance
• Bachelor’s Degree
