Business Transformation Manager

Job Role:

• Transformation: Lead End-to-End transformation projects aimed at improving efficiency and enhancing customer experience. Utilize Lean principles to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and optimize resource utilization within banking operations
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to identify pain points, opportunities, and strategic objectives. Effectively communicate the purpose, progress, and benefits of the transformation efforts
• Agile: Implement Agile methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement, iteration, and collaboration within cross-functional teams
• Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies to drive successful execution of transformation initiatives, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify insights, trends, and performance metrics that inform decision-making and measure the success of transformation initiatives
• Technology and Digital Transformation: Understanding of technology trends and digital transformation strategies to leverage technology solutions that drive operational efficiency, innovation, and customer experience
• Business Strategy: Understanding of business objectives, market dynamics, and strategic planning to align transformation initiatives with organizational goals
• Leadership and Team Management: Capability to lead and motivate teams, inspire change, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field. MBA and relevant certification (Lean Six Sigma, PMP) preferred
• Proven track record of successfully leading business transformation initiatives within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of the banking industry, its operations, products, and regulatory environment
• Extensive consulting experience, preferably with a focus on process optimization, organizational change, and digital transformation
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) and Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum) is critical
• Strong in creating compelling PowerPoint presentation to communicate complex ideas, transformation strategies, and project updates
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement
