Assistant Manager Credit Approvals Department

Job Details

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for Assistant Manager Credit Approvals.

  • Processing & Recommendation of Credit Proposal & Memos. This includes:
    • Facility Structure analysis & Working Capital Assessment
    • Financial Statement Analysis including DSCR, projections etc.
    • External & Internal credit bureau analysis
    • Account conducts etc.
  • Processing of Syndication proposals including review of LMA documentation.
  • Ensuring strong stakeholder relationship with Wholesale Banking Dept, Risk Department, Legal & Compliance among others.
  • Monitoring of the portfolio including exception lists, expiry lists, past dues etc.
  • Preparation of Executive Summary & Meeting minutes for various committees.
  • Participation in appropriate credit committees wherever required.
  • Responding / Closure of audit comments & regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Mentoring junior members of the team
  • Admin & other tasks

Job Qualifications :

Min. 8 years in Corporate Banking in UAE with experience in Trade Finance Structuring. Previous credit department experience is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Admin or related field. CFA / FRM certifications are a plus.
