Job Details
Role Objective: Responsible for the planning, managing and monitoring of LC Section to ensure support service activities runs smoothly and efficiently for all customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform under the directions of Head of Trade Finance on daily activities of the LCs Issuance, documents checking, settlement and generate expectation reports ensuring the required measures/actions to avoid any incidence of loss/risks for.
- Perform the second checkers of the documents, in line with L/C established terms and conditions.
- Process all LC Issuance, documents (Lodgments and settlements) or discrepancies notifications and ensuring that the underlying transactions and the L/C terms have been properly understood.
- Responsibility for timely processing LC in accordance with the customer’s instructions, policy/procedures and generally accepted principles of International Chamber of Commerce pertaining to Letter of Credit.
Education – bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance
Experience – 5-7 years’ experience working in a related role in a financial services institution
