Private Banker / Relationship Manager – Private Banking-Abu Dhabi and Al Ain

Job Details

Job Purpose:

To manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) or ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients by delivering bespoke banking, investment, and wealth management solutions. Responsible for building long-term relationships, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients.

  • Understand client needs, risk appetite, and long-term objectives to provide tailored financial advice.

  • Deliver a high-touch relationship model, ensuring timely and effective client servicing.

Business Development

  • Source new HNW clients through networking, referrals, and strategic initiatives.

  • Participate in events and forums to enhance visibility and grow the client base.

  • Achieve assigned revenue and AUM (Assets Under Management) growth targets.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA/CFA preferred).

  • Certifications such as CISI, CFA, or equivalent preferred (especially if dealing in investments).

Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment advisory.
