Job Purpose

Drive the development of the Bank’s GTB business by delivering revenue from Trade/Cash products and services from existing and new to bank clients of WBG. To work alongside the existing RM/SRMs in WBG to provide end to end solutions to clients. To develop and execute sales plans for the GTB business for individual portfolio of clients. To provide active support on GTB initiatives and products rollout, including clients and competitor feedback for new product developments and enhancements.

Key Accountabilities

Revenue Generation:
Independently manage sales of cash/trade products and services across a portfolio of WBG clients, and addition of new GTB clients to the portfolio, thereby ensuring that GTB sales, revenue, profitability, product penetration and cross sell ratio targets are achieved.

Experience and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree related to a business field such as Accounting, Commerce and Economics
Education Level – Bachelor Degree related to a business field such as Accounting, Commerce and Economics.
Professional Qualifications – MBA | CA | ACCA | CFA | CAIIB | preferred

Work Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in GTB; Cash Management or Trade Sales; Experience in Client Management.
