Relationship Manager – Priority Banking

Job Summary:

As a Relationship Manager in Priority Banking, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. Your primary focus will be to offer personalized financial solutions, investment products, and banking services to meet clients’ individual needs while ensuring compliance and risk management standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Portfolio Growth

  • Acquire new high-net-worth clients through various channels (referrals, networking, marketing campaigns).
  • Expand wallet share with existing clients through cross-selling and up-selling relevant financial products.

Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing consistent, high-quality service.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all financial and investment needs of priority clients.

Financial Planning & Advisory

  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews to understand client goals and recommend appropriate solutions (e.g. wealth management, insurance, retirement planning).
  • Work closely with product specialists to deliver tailored solutions.

Compliance & Risk

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, suitability assessments).
  • Maintain proper documentation and client records in line with audit and compliance standards.

Service Delivery

  • Resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in banking or wealth management, in a relationship management role.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio management of high-net-worth individuals.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, investment solutions, and financial planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Regulatory certifications as required (e.g., CISI level 3 or SCA)
