•    To independently manage a portfolio of liability relationships with specific risk, deposit, revenue and service objective and to lead a team of DSA’s along with their respective back-ups, if any.
•    To take overall responsibility to grow institutional liability base through conventional and Islamic deposits and CASA balances, FX income and fully secured transactions to achieve and exceed target goals.
•    To independently source New to Bank profitable relationships and manage referrals received from NBF Connect, Call Centre and other departments.
•    Ensure to safeguard bank’s reputational risk by onboarding good profile customers and close monitoring of the portfolio
•    Manage a portfolio of 750 liability customers.
•    Ensure that the Bank’s reputation and standing is not negatively affected at any point and best efforts to improve the reputation of the Bank in the Market and amongst peers
•    Ensure renewal of KYC/ AML alerts and other risk items on a timely basis.
•    Ongoing regular monitoring of accounts and closure of these accounts as and when deemed appropriate.
•    Obtain client supporting documentation to ensure authenticity of the transactions and conduct necessary additional due diligence wherever deemed needed.
•    Attach additional due diligence to accounts sourced by direct reports and meet high risk accounts and onboard only after satisfying thyself and also in lines with the Bank’s internal risk appetite.
•    Exceptions while onboarding to be kept at a bare minimum.
•    Ensure careful review of the CPV reports and any findings on the CPV report addressed prior to onboarding the account

Education

Bachelor’s Degree related to a business field such as Accounting, Commerce and Economics

Professional Qualification

MBA / CA / ACCA / preferred

Work Experience

Minimum 5 years of banking experience in Relationship Management SME banking and liability sales. Knowledge of Corporate banking products and UAE market as well as Competitor knowledge.
