Job Details

Job Purpose:

Manage the Wealth Management business for HNWI & UHNWI clients. Develop and execute business plans and marketing strategies to increase revenue and profitability through existing and new accounts. Drive product innovation and service excellence to improve client engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth and market leadership.

 

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA Preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory, with a proven track record of managing HNWI and UHNWIs.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a customer-facing role.

 

Required Skills

  • Proficient in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong strategic planning, business acumen, and organizational skills.
  • Expertise in wealth management with a customer-focused approach.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies, prepare budgets, set team targets, and monitor performance.
  • Achieve budgeted volumes for deposits and investment sales, increase revenue, and expand the customer base by retaining and acquiring HNWI clients.
  • Track unit performance to ensure sales and cross-selling targets are met.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and minimize attrition.
  • Provide tailored credit, capital markets, deposit, and investment products to HNWIs.
  • Recommend new products and services based on client needs.
  • Ensure adherence to the bank’s procedures, policies, and compliance standards.
  • Develop marketing strategies for new product launches.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the line manager and mandatory training.
  • Maintain full compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all customer interactions.
