Head of Card Operations

Job Details

Job Purpose:

Lead the Card Center team in enforcing the necessary operational guidelines, processes, procedures and manuals required to manage an efficient and effective card center, card and pos operations and support the cards product and business.

Oversee relationships with key alliance partners, including visa, master card and co brand affiliates and manage the roll out of key value adding products.

 

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or MBA

10+ years in banking

Preference for Bilingual
