Job Purpose:
Responsible for digitalizing products and services offered across all support & business units in the bank in line with the digital strategy approved by the leadership.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Develop Digital strategy & roadmap for corporate & consumer business unit
- Automation of services currently handled manually at operations, admin, marketing, IT, BPLM & Human Capital.
- Optimize Business by lowering costs through digitization of processes.
- Migrating branch related services to digital channels.
- Generate an ideas funnel towards achieving results in line with the overall strategy, architecting the digital roadmap for the digitization of the Consumer & Corporate customer journeys for service and product delivery.
- Managing Digital Channels (Mobile Banking, Internet Banking for retail customers) for Customer journeys, competition benchmarking, customer adoption and usage.
- Implement market best practices in various project under the digital transformation umbrella.
- Cost benefit analysis of digital adoption in bank.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree for a recognized University (Computer Science preferred)
- Master’s Degree in a business or technology field
