Job Details
Role Purpose:
- To proactively monitor the liabilities portfolio and work with multiple stakeholders to drive bottom line performance.
- This includes optimization of liabilities pricing & customer pay outs across retail segments, identifying consumer behavior trends and devising strategies to improve balances and margins across liabilities products.
- The job holder will work closely with Head of Business to develop growth & execute growth initiatives. This includes data model-based retention & acquisition campaigns and propensity models based tactical actions
- The key focus of this role will be to grow the retail bank’s liabilities balances, revenue (including fee income) & customer numbers.
Previous experience
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field OR CPA/CA
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics, portfolio management or related roles in financial services Proficiency in utilizing data tools to drive informed commercial decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset & track record of driving positive business outcomes through Portfolio management activities.
- Understanding of marketing dynamics including demographic factors, competitor products and services, customer life cycle & consumer behavior attributes
