Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Support Leadership of Cultural and behavioral change across the bank
  • Focus on local talent through the development and implementation of transparent conversation model for managers to discuss and plan career paths and manager employee aspirations
  • Support in providing coaching and support to key leaders in the creation of robust development plans that meet succession and development needs
  • Support tracking of future successors and share progress with stakeholders
  • Support to work with HR management and business stakeholders to identify the high potential talent and future successors within talent guidelines
  • Support in Developing mentoring and coaching sessions
  • Ensure all training and development initiatives are within approved training budget and expense management procedures
  • Ensure all on the job development activities are linked to competency gaps and role specific with built in measurements and set timelines
  • Ensure talent pools are fully engaged with all digital learning platforms such as LinkedIn, E-learning, online case studies and certifications
  • Highlight best practices digital talent tool development initiates tailored for youth and emerging leaders

Experience and Qualification

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience with proven track record of talent development management
  • Good knowledge of developments and expertise in learning, development, and talent pools
  • Experience of leading cultural change at an organizational level
  • BSc in Human resources, HRM, Learning & Development, Talent, Organizational Development etc
  • Additional certification (e.g., CIPD or SPHR) is preferred
