Job Details
The Operational Resilience Manager will lead the development and implementation of resilience frameworks, risk assessments, and incident response strategies. This position requires strong collaboration with IT, risk, compliance, and business units to identify vulnerabilities, strengthen resilience capabilities, and align with regulatory requirements.
Operational Resilience & Business Continuity:
• Develop, implement, and maintain the bank’s Operational Resilience Framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
• Identify Important Business Services (IBS) and assess impact tolerances.
• Design and conduct business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) exercises.
• Collaborate with senior management to establish resilience strategies that support the bank’s critical operations.
Risk Management & Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with local and international resilience regulations (e.g., Basel III, DORA, FCA/PRA requirements, ISO 22301).
• Conduct operational risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities in processes, technology, and third-party relationships.
• Develop and oversee resilience-related policies, ensuring risk mitigation strategies are in place.
• Work closely with cybersecurity, IT, and operational risk teams to address resilience gaps.
Incident Management & Crisis Response:
• Lead response teams during major disruptions, ensuring swift recovery and minimal customer impact.
• Maintain and test the incident response plan, ensuring effective crisis communication strategies.
• Coordinate post-incident reviews and drive continuous improvements.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Risk Management, Business Continuity, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity within the banking/financial sector
