Managing Functions Audit function of Group Internal Audit in line with quality standards of GIA, under the GIA Manual and in a manner that will accomplish the GIA’s objectives and the Bank’s strategy.
The function covers Group Services:
- Group Finance
- Human Resources
- Real Estate Management
- Governance & Compliance
Preparing an audit plan for the group prioritizing the reviews based on risk assessment and follow-up activities.
Coordinates with Group Head of GIA in preparing staffing plans and financial budgets of the group, including the number of auditors and the knowledge, skills, and disciplines required to achieve the approved plan.
Coaching and supervise team members to ensure that the documented objectives in the GIA manual are met and adequate coverage is achieved.
Ensure that the audit engagements are performed in a systematic and disciplined approach and with due professional care.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge
- Relevant certification such as CFA, CPA, CIA or CISA.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Group Function Audit including 5 years in a senior position in a leading bank.
- Relevant experience from one of the big 4 accounting firms.
